- As of 12/31/2025 all unit owners are required to provide, and pay for, their own unit property insurance. The HOA will no longer provided insurance on the units. Please discus coverage specifics with your insurance agent.
- Fort Collins Police are responsible for ticketing and towing cars illegally parked on public streets. This includes parking in a no parking zone, parking too close to fire hydrant, parking adjacent to a red curb, parking in front of a garage (including your own), abandoned vehicles, vehicles parked on the wrong side of the street, etc.
- Cars parked in an alley will be towed immediately by Import Towing and Recovery. The only parking allowed in the alleys is short term loading or unload, with the flashers on, with the driver present and in a way that does not obstruct any other driver.
